Josephine Dal literally did it all for SF Lincoln at the South Dakota state track and field championships this weekend at Howard Wood Field in Sioux Falls.

"It's so much," Dal told the argusleader.com. "Everything has just been crazy. I wouldn't want it any other way, though."

Junior Jasmine Greer broke a Class AA meet record in the shot put with 47-0.

It was another dominant performance by the SF Lincoln boys, scoring 165.5 points to win the Class AA title again. The team was led by junior Andrew Lauer, who won the 3,200 and 1,600 meters. Teammate and fellow junior Tyler Hiatt swept the throwing events, winning the shot put (59-1) and discus (182-11).
